REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY AGREEMENT FOR PAID CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS
AB Resume Services & Consultation Company is committed to providing all our customers with exceptional treatment. We understand there are times when appointments must be rescheduled or canceled, due to many circumstances. However, customers are required to pay a cancellation fee when they don’t cancel the call outside the cancellation window.
​FULL REFUND POLICY FOR PAID CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS
Customers will receive a full refund for a canceled or rescheduled appointment as long as they call and speak to a representative at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting. Once we initiate the refund, we will contact the customer. The customer should see a pending transaction in their bank account for the refunded amount. This means we sent the refund to your bank. The timeline to post the transaction depends on your bank.
Monday Appointments: You must reschedule the appointment before noon the previous Friday,
Wednesday – Friday Appointments: You must reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

PARTIAL REFUND POLICY FOR PAID CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS
Consultation appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance (except Monday appointments), will be charged a fee of $27.50 ​for the missed session on the day of the appointment. No exceptions!
