Payment & Cancellation Policy 💼 Appointment Types & Fees • Initial Consultations – Free • Review Sessions for Current Clients – Free • Mock Interviews – $149.99 per session • Career Coaching Sessions – $159.99 per session All paid sessions require full payment at the time of booking. 🔁 Cancellation & Refund Schedule Notice Period Before Appointment Refund Amount 48 hours or more 100% refund 24 to 47 hours 75% refund 12 to 23 hours 50% refund 8 to 11 hours 25% refund Less than 8 hours No refund Refunds apply only to Mock Interviews and Career Coaching Sessions. Free sessions are not subject to cancellation fees.
